Giorgio is the chef-proprietor of Locanda Locatelli, the Michelin-starred Italian restaurant in Mayfair, at London’s Churchill InterContinental hotel.

Locanda Locatelli was voted one of the Best Restaurants in London in the Observer Food Magazine's 2006 Food Awards.

He is used to luminaries visiting his Michelin-starred restaurant such as The Clintons, the Blairs, Brad Pitt, Liz Hurley, Madonna…

In his latest book Made in Italy, Giorgio has included a recipe for a fondant desert which he serves at the restaurant, whose main ingredient is Bicerin di Gianduiotto Italian Chocolate Liqueur
